Merida’s Best Culinary Festival: Club Sibarita Food Fest April 26-28

The Club Sibarita festival will hold its seventh edition from April 26 to 28 of this year in the Yucatecan capital to gather the best of gastronomy during these days of culinary celebration, in which established and emerging chefs, traditional cooks, and brands come together again in this festival of flavors.

The goal is to create the best culinary experience for entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, gastronomy students, and industry sibaritas, and to provide an ideal platform for attendees and chefs to find networking opportunities with sponsors, colleagues, and influencers in the haute cuisine industry.

The more than 10 events organized by Club Sibarita this year will take place in three key locations: Casa de Máquinas de la Hacienda Chichí Suárez, Altozano, Casa Kú, and Hotel Sureño. The benefits that the Club Sibarita Gastronomic Festival will provide in terms of economic impact is positioning for chefs, restaurants, and sponsors, and promoting national and local gastronomy in Yucatan.
