Opened less than a year ago, this family-owned brewery, inspired by Mayan culture and the natural beauty of Yucatán, is already packing a punch with a delightful range of artisanal beers that pay homage to the region’s rich heritage. (And yes, the mural pup is real—and he’ll probably be the first to greet you at the door.)

During my visit, I had the pleasure of a guided tour led by master brewer Julián. His passion for brewing and dedication to quality were evident as he walked me through their impressive facilities. The brewery seamlessly blends traditional brewing methods with modern technology, resulting in beers that are both authentic and innovative.
A Diverse Selection of Beers
Cervecería Nicté offers a variety of beers, each with its own distinct character:
