April 15 – Tribute to Pedro Infante
A heartfelt tribute honoring one of Mexico’s most iconic figures, Pedro Infante, commemorating 69 years of his enduring legacy. Organized by Sedeculta in collaboration with Hotel Boulevard Infante, this special event brings together music, tradition, and memory in the heart of Yucatán.
The day begins with a moving recreation of the funeral procession and wake, followed by an evening filled with ranchera music, featuring more than 30 artists on stage. With special guest Rafael Negrete, grandson of Jorge Negrete, the tribute becomes a powerful celebration of Mexican cultural heritage and timeless music.
