Playa Viva, Telchac
Playa Viva Telchac is the newest beach club with a wonderful restaurant right in the heart of Telchac Puerto. It is right on the beach and there are super comfy lounge chairs, 2 jacuzzis, and various tables and lounge places to hang out and eat or chill with a beautiful view.
To use the club you just need to consume at the restaurant Amanacer which has incredible food! The menu was created by one of MID City’s favorite Chef Alex Mendez. They just added some new dishes to the menu.

El Haguay beach club in Progresso where the food is awesome and it has perfect beach access! The menu has a wide variety of seafood options both full meals and snacks. It’s a chill, tropical vibe with shaded lounge beds and chairs.
The day pass includes: access to all the beach accessories, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel, board games and showers.
They have a pool in the back area and it’s a fun spot to hang on the beach for the day!

Marymar is a nice option in Progreso where guests can enjoy comforts and amenities which include a swimming pool, a relaxing area equipped with beach lounge chairs, volleyball and soccer court, as well as a designated children’s play area. Covered parking is available for guests. The facilities include showers and changing rooms, and the resort is pet-friendly!
The restaurant is excellent and has something for meat lovers as well as vegan options such as vegan coconut ceviche and vegetarian avocado tacos.

Maran Club de Playa
In Marán, they have everything you need to enjoy the beach to the fullest! From comfortable chairs and umbrellas to refreshing drinks and delicious snacks, it’s ready for you! This club offers a full restaurant, swimming pool, lovely beach, towel rentals, lounge chairs and beds, kayak rides, sailboats and paddle boarding.
The service is great and it’s a fun place to relax and enjoy the Yucatecan sun.
Cost: Free entrance, just order a dish per person from the menu!

Kokomo Club de Playa
We love going to Kokomo when we need a special place to break away from routine and experience true beach life without worrying about a thing. It’s a beach club located in San Bruno just an hour from the city of Mérida, and it’s one of our favorite beaches! The water is beautiful, the beach is quiet and it’s along a coastal dune. The restaurant has excellent food and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The day pass includes: pool, kayaks, beach, restaurant, lounge chairs, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers with shampoo and liquid soap, bathrooms, and palapas. You can rent towels for $30 pesos. They also have a nice hotel with rooms starting at $2375 per night, if you would like to make it an overnight stay.
Cost: $300 adults and $150 kids, 5 years and younger free

Playa Bonita, Chelem
Restaurante Playa Bonita & Beach Club is a public restaurant and beach club on a beautiful small beach in Chelem. The gastronomic experience is impressive and the beach club is super fun! They have great music, a pool and you can even rent kayaks. This is a great spot for the family or just a gathering with friends.
Cost: $100 per person to use the facilities and then the menu is a la carte.

In the remote beaches of Sisal, Yucatán, there is a gastronomic hideaway known as Palmar Sisal, a beach club that not only has stunning ocean views but also offers exceptional food! The wood-fired pizza is awesome–the fig and blue cheese is my favorite! They also have poke bowls and lots of seafood. They offer a pool, changing rooms, showers, towels, hammocks, direct beach access and a restaurant/bar.
Cost: The minimum consumption is 350 pesos for adults and 150 pesos for children; with a reservation, it increases to 400 and 200, respectively.
The palapa for 3 people in the beach area has an extra cost of 350 pesos.
