Bacchus Wine Bar
Had a wonderful experience at Bacchus Wine Bar a few weeks ago. The place is casual and homey, the service is spectacular. It’s a family run business and the owner & sommelier has a wide variety of wines from around the world. The menu includes salads, charcuterie boards and even some pastas of the day. They have seating both inside and a patio outdoors.

Anonima
Anonima is a wine bar in Colonia Mexico that is right next to La Contra wine shop which has a selection of exclusively Mexican wines and some spirits. Anonima serves wine from La Contra and has an excellent restaurant bistro style and live music every week! The prices are reasonable and we really enjoy this spot. They have seating both inside and outside.

Salon Gallos Wine Bar
Salon Gallos is a cultural center with a movie theater, music venue, gallery, restaurant and a very cool wine bar! It’s located in what was an oatmeal factory and the wine bar is a trendy space with lounge couches and a long bar. Later in the evening and on weekends there are DJ’s in the space, but it’s an awesome spot for wine and they have a nice selection of Mediterranean/Lebanese tapas.

La Bottega Wine & Grill House
La Bottega is in an ideal location just about a block from the Monumento a la Patria. It has a selection of wines from around the world and you can buy a bottle or have a nice evening inside their air conditioned newly remodled cool bar area or sit outside and watch the passerbys. La Bottega offers salads, charcuterie boards, meat dishes and really a variety of food.

Vana is a stunning building, so for ambiance–this is the place! It is across from the Mejorada park and serves wines and spirits. It has charcuterie boards, pizzas, appetizers and more. The food is delicious. Promo Wed 3×2 on tintos de veranos.

Zinc Comfort Food
Although this is more of a traditional French restaurant, we are including it because when we want wine and a cheese board, many times we head to Zinc! They have a casual ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. Zinc has a nice selection of affordable wines and a menu that goes perfectly for a casual evening vino. They are also right on Paseo de Montejo, it’s a fun place to people watch.

Aguatinta Bistro Enoteca
This is a lovely spot in Colonia Mexico that has wine from around the world, a menu with charcuterie boards, pizzas, and salads. It’s a nice place for vino with friends. They also have promos throughout the week such as:
