Begin the Day Around the Cenote
The morning starts with yoga and sound-healing meditation around Chablé’s cenote.
If you’ve never seen this part of the property, it alone is worth the trip. The Wellness Center was created around the cenote, allowing this natural place to remain at the center of the experience.
The idea behind the equinox ritual is equally beautiful: take time to recognize what you have planted, appreciate what is flourishing and let go of what has already completed its cycle.
Surrounded by jungle and the stillness of the cenote, it seems like the perfect place for exactly that.
Farm-to-Table Takes on a Whole New Meaning
Next, you head to The Farm, one of Chablé’s newest additions, for a farm-to-table brunch—and this is where the day becomes a little playful.
You can actually visit the chicken house and choose the eggs for your breakfast, while exploring the farm and meeting mini pigs, goats and ponies.
And then there are the deer. 🦌
Chablé has a deer rescue program, and the spotted baby deer are soooo adorable! It’s one of those unexpected experiences that makes the day feel even more special and another reminder of how closely Chablé connects you with the natural world around you.
Now It’s Time for the Spa
After brunch, your agenda gets wonderfully uncomplicated.
Head back to the Wellness Center and spend the afternoon enjoying the hydrotherapy circuit, moving between warm, hot and cold plunges and relaxing with the different water and massage jets.
This is the part where you stop checking the time.
The spa feels almost hidden within the jungle, and there is something wonderfully indulgent about realizing that for the next few hours, you really don’t have anywhere else you need to be.
